How to purchase from us:
  • Most items can be purchased directly from our website with a credit card if you live in the United States.
  • You can email or call in if the purchase needs to be made with a PO, COD, or shipped on your account.
  • Setting up a net customer account requires at least 3 credit/trade references. It also takes time, from a few days and up. A D&B's number with good rating will help.
  • International customers please email or call us directly, or contact our distributors. We accept only bank wire transfer or Paypal for international purchases.
  • All of our products carry a standard one year warranty, labor and parts.
Return and refund terms:
  • Products can be returned within one month with 15% restocking fee. Special customer ordered items can not be returned.
  • IF your product is defective, we offer replacement within 1 month of the PURCHASE DATE, we will cover ONE WAY shipping.
  • Software and technical support contract is not refundable
