Brief Introduce:
TH2816 is a high accuracy LCR meter for quality control of product line,incoming inspection and laboratory use over a wide range of frequencies (20 Hz to 150 kHz)and test signal level (0.01 V to 2.55 V)with 6 digit resolution for both primary and secondary parameters.The HANDLER,GPIB,RS-232C and PRINTER interfaces can be used to build an automatic test system,communicate with the computer and record test results
